As an on-going policy our aim is to support the local producers by utilising the ever-increasing range of local produce. Lancaster is at the centre of probably some of the finest producers of food products in the UK, if not the world. Again we ensure that our partner services have an ethos of encouraging local and traditional methods of food production.
