The Division incorporates the services of The Conference Centre and The Conference Centre at Lancaster House Hotel along with the catering provision on Campus.
Many of the key personnel within the Division have been involved with catering and conference provision within both the Commercial and the Higher Education Sectors and have a wealth of skills and experience to deliver the broadest range of products from a simple sandwich to a prestige event for over 500 people.
The key values of the Division are to provide full training to all members of the team with an ethos on self development to attain increasing levels of customer service and standards. We aim to be honest with our customers, achieve successes through teamwork and go the extra mile for our customers to be successful.
Through working together as teams we aim to continuously improve and develop our services by providing training and staff development, involving and promoting local suppliers, being inspirational, creative, inventive and flexible. By working with our customers and focusing on quality and presentation we aim to inspire our customers to want to use our services.
It is always our aim to exceed our customers expectations and that every restaurant, coffee shop or conference delivers nine out of ten for customer satisfaction from our customers point of view.
